Because digital results are generated immediately upon processing, all sales are final once content has been generated, except where required by applicable law.
THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIFTCHANGE RÉSUMÉS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND RELIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIFTCHANGE RÉSUMÉS, MOHAMED MOHD, AND ANY AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT, LOST WAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, OR DAMAGE TO REPUTATION ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SHIFTCHANGE RÉSUMÉS FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mohamed Mohd, doing business as ShiftChange Résumés, from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, or reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of:
